Open, modern and flooded with light: this is how the new offices, which the software manufacturer CADENAS will move into in the north of Augsburg in August 2020, present themselves. On almost 3,700 m² on two floors in the "cenTron" office building in Augsburg, the new headquarters will offer plenty of space for the development of groundbreaking software solutions.

More space is urgently needed: CADENAS is currently working at high speed on an innovative search engine which leads engineers, designers and planners to the right component for their design with just a few clicks. Traditional search engines are specially focused on providing search results suitable for everyday life. However, they are often unsuitable or not relevant for engineering. In order to advance the revolutionary search engine 3Dfind.it, CADENAS will expand its team in Augsburg by up to 50 specialists, such as computer scientists, mathematicians, engineers and architects.
From Augsburg engineering office to a globally active Innovation Company
The cornerstone of CADENAS was laid in 1992 with a small team around CEO Jürgen Heimbach. The company recognized early the potential of the beginning IT age and specialized in engineering software for the optimization of design processes.
