camLine, a world class software solution provider for real-time statistical process control systems (SPC), announced it signed an agreement to supply Massachusetts-based Entegris, Inc. an advanced quality management system that allows real-time statistical characterizations of raw materials, equipment functional performance, dimensional attributes of components, and finished goods.
