Canvys - Visual Technology Solutions extends its CP Series of large-format displays with the new 26-inch (PD-CP26CM) and 52-inch (PDCP52) sizes. Until now the CP Series was available in 32-inch (PD-CP32AU) and 42-inch (PD-CP42AU) diagonal screens. A 46-inch display is being developed to provide yet another option.
According to Canvys the CP Series is ideal for use with industrial and digital signage applications. With an integrated "silent" fan, the 26-inch monitor is also suitable for desktop applications, while the 52-inch display is used for conventional digital signage applications.
Canvys will be introducing the 42-inch monitor with medical approvals specifically for the healthcare sector. By including necessary features such as backlight stabilization, DICOM preset and local calibration (CFS(TM) ) - just to name a few - Canvys is addressing the growing need for high-resolution and high-quality monitors in operating rooms.
The most noticeable design feature of the CP series is the "User Platform" on the monitor's back side. This Canvys feature offers customers an intelligent approach to integrating their own solutions, e.g. PC / media players. The 26-inch unit can be bought as standard without PC integration. Ports and cables may be enclosed by cable conduit.
