Thanks to the carefully developed technology, which has matured over the years, up to 350 Euro pallets (or 450 Dudo pallets) - depending on the customer's requirements for the pallet condition - are carefully checked and then sorted and transported or discharged separately. Bad pallets are thus sorted out as quickly and automatically as possible and can then be easily repaired and returned to the cycle. This conserves wood as a resource and minimizes costs. Intact pallets, on the other hand, can be reused immediately. In this way, only high-quality pallets are returned to the company. With a CCI checking system (checking and followed sorting), you reduce the risk of accidents and downtime and increase the efficiency of your processes.
We offer our testing machines both as full-pallet and empty-pallet testing machines, and we also have the optimum solution for integrating this testing technology where space is limited. Our Compactline, the more compact version of the empty pallet testing machine, offers all the essential functions of the larger machine - including customizable test modules, standard PLC and consideration of defined criteria. However, this version is more space-saving and/or ideal for companies with a manageable pallet throughput
