Die Berlinhaus Verwaltung GmbH (BEH) setzt zukünftig auf die Lösungen der Ceyoniq Technology GmbH rund um die Informationsplattform nscale 7vecto. Das Unternehmen mit Stammsitz in Berlin-Mitte ist seit fast 50 Jahren im Immobilienmarkt zu Hause und verwaltet deutschlandweit einen Bestand von ca. 12.000 Objekten.

Ziel des Projektes ist es, für den erfahrenen Immobilien-Dienstleister ein modernes Dokumentenmanagement mit SAP-Integration, intelligenter Posteingangsverarbeitung und elektronischer Mieterakte einzuführen. Ein besonderes Augenmerk wird dabei auf die Nutzung von nscale mobile (iOS) zur punktgenauen Informationsbereitstellung und flexiblen Vorgangsbearbeitung gelegt.
