Unter den Werkstoffen der Zukunft nimmt der kohlenstofffaserverstärkte Kunst-stoff "CFK" eine herausragende Stellung ein, denn fast alle Industriebranchen können von den einzigartigen technischen Eigenschaften der Kohlenstofffaser profitieren. Widerstandsfähigkeit und Korrosionsbeständigkeit bei gleichzeitiger Gewichtsreduzierung ermöglichen die Fertigung weitaus leichterer und damit energiesparender Flugzeuge, Fahrzeuge und Schiffe sowie größere und leistungsstärkere Rotorblätter für Windkraftanlagen.
CFK in XXL - zu Lande, zu Wasser und in der Luft" wird damit zum Leitthema der 4. Internationalen CFK-Valley Stade Convention am 15./.16.Juni 2010 in Stade.
Die Conference wird neueste Entwicklungen bei Verfahren, Prozessen und Bau-weisen von Faserverbundwerkstoffen aus Wissenschaft und Praxis präsentieren. Hochkarätige Experten aus Industrie, Forschung und Entwicklung werden Ergebnisse, aktuelle Anwendungen und projektbezogene Anforderungen im Zielfeld CFK präsentieren. Vorträge für die Convention 2010 können noch bis zum 27.11.2009 über das "Call for Papers" per eMail an info@cfk-convention.com eingereicht werden.
Auf ca. 1.000 qm wird es eine konferenzbegleitende Fachausstellung über zwei Ebenen geben. Nationale und internationale Unternehmen und Institute haben hier die Möglichkeit ihr gesamtes Leistungspotential entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette zu präsentieren.
