winkler präsentiert seine eigene Messenger-App: Mit der „winkler NOW“ kommunizieren die Kunden per Smartphone mit ihrem Fachberater. Zahlreiche weitere Funktionen machen die App zum nützlichen Begleiter im Werkstattalltag.

„winkler NOW“ bietet die Fachberatung und Teilevielfalt des Nfz-Spezialisten bequem und von überall auf dem Smartphone. Die App ermöglicht dem Nutzer unkompliziert via Text-, Bild- und Audiodateien mit den winkler Experten zu kommunizieren. Darüber hinaus liefert der winkler Bot blitzschnell Produktinformationen, Preis und Verfügbarkeit aller Artikel aus dem Vollsortiment sowie die Möglichkeit, die gewünschten Produkte direkt zu bestellen. Noch schneller geht das mit dem integrierten Barcodescanner: Einfach Code abscannen und Bestellung auslösen.

Der Seminarbereich in der App ermöglicht außerdem das Stöbern im winkler Schulungsprogramm und die direkte Anmeldung zum Wunschtermin.

„winkler NOW“ ist ab sofort für iOS- und Android-Geräte unter winkler.de/now/app erhältlich. Unter winkler.de/now steht die Desktop-Version der Anwendung zur Verfügung. Die Messenger-App“ ist DSGVO-konform und kann bedenkenlos für die geschäftliche Kommunikation genutzt werden.
