This new dyeing approach is easy to implement because it has a short setup time and is highly reliable thanks to less complexity. In addition, it can be implemented in all facilities with no need to new investments.
True to the motto "One serves all", even complex fiber blends are dyeable in a one-step process and only one dyeing process is required for a huge variety of textiles, particularly suitable for recycled materials. Thanks to a novel crosslinking migration inhibitor, PIGMENTURA by CHT achieves darker shades, increased color fastness and smoother hand feel thereby overcoming the disadvantages of conventional pigment dyeing.
An ongoing collaboration to address the industry’s challenges
PIGMENTURA by CHT is the initial output of a research alliance between CHT Group and Inditex that started two years ago with the aim to exchange knowledge and find innovative and creative solutions and technologies that can address some of the textile industry’s challenges such as water and energy consumption.
This collaboration project was born in a research initiative done by Inditex in Spain to find a dyeing solution. PIGMENTURA by CHT has been completely developed and tested in Europe, mainly at CHT facilities in Germany, with several production trials on different locations across the continent.
