According to a recently published Rating of Ukraine’s Top 100 Best Managers, Roman Khmil ranks 3 in the software industry specific Rating and 87 in the general national Rating.
Roman Khmil has been involved in software development outsourcing industry for more than 10 years now and has worked his way up from a software engineer to one of the leading IT and business strategists and innovators in Ukraine. Roman believes his decision to join Ciklum in the role of COO in March 2012 reflects the company's strategy of attracting Top Talent in order to outperform the competition. In the context of the survey participants evaluate their colleagues in a respective business area based on different criteria including personal, social, innovative effectiveness as well as the overall success of a company they represent.
