cobra Adress PLUS versteht sich als CRM-Zentrale zum kompletten Kunden- und Kontaktmanagement innerhalb der Office-Umgebung. Die immer engere Integration auch mit Warenwirtschafts-Systemen von Lexware macht eine doppelte Verwaltung von Daten überflüssig und bringt Anwendern einen sichtbaren Zusatznutzen.

Bisher beinhaltete die Schnittstelle die Darstellung der Warenwirtschaftsdaten in Adress PLUS sowie den Adressabgleich mit Lexware. Mit dem neuen Service-Pack gibt es nun zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, alle Adressen zu recherchieren, die in der Lexware Warenwirtschaft mit einem bestimmten Artikel im Zusammenhang stehen. So findet Adress PLUS beispielsweise alle Kunden, die in einem bestimmten Zeitraum einen bestimmten Artikel bestellt haben. Das bringt erhebliche Vorteile für Marketing, Cross Selling und zielgerichtete Vertriebsaktivitäten.

Augenfällig in diesem Service-Pack sind zudem weitere Neuerungen, die den Terminmanager noch übersichtlicher und handlicher gestalten. Außerdem wurden zahlreiche vertraute Funktionen optimiert.

Das neue Release steht registrierten Anwendern von Adress PLUS 10 und Adress PLUS SQL ab sofort im Internet zum kostenlosen Download bereit.
