The Swiss supplier of high-quality electronic components, IoT communication modules and technology for test & measurement announces the launch of its new subsidiary in Germany on October 1, 2021. The new Computer Controls GmbH will initially target electronics manufacturing services, industrial automation, automotive electronics, medical supply, and data centres as a franchised distributor for components.
“We offer a wide product range from highly specialized premium component manufacturers such as Maxim®, SiLabs®, Miromico®, Epishine®, e-peas® and Alliance Memory® for the German market. Experienced engineers provide support throughout the product lifecycle such as selection and design-in. Our know-how in research and development as well as various applications is deep and profound to keep up with latest trends. An efficient logistics centre leaves nothing to be desired,” states Sven Malhofer, new managing director of the GmbH.
Computer Controls GmbH will be located south of Munich metropolitan region in TechnoPark Sauerlach, where companies and start-ups work on new business models and technologies for digital transformation.
„We at Computer Controls Group have identified Germany as the most important market for our further growth in addition to our corporate and sales activities in Switzerland and Eastern Europe,” explains Harald Weigelt, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Computer Controls AG, the German expansion. “Due to COVID-19, we initially had to reschedule our market entry, but are now ready with a strategic concept at the right time. With the newly established German subsidiary, we aim to increase our regional sales with long-term business relationships and supplier contracts.”
