- Accounting service Billomat implements a payment option with the new PSP solution Concardis Payengine
- Users of the web-based invoice tool can accept payments online using Concardis Paylink
- Gradual integration of all Billomat users is planned
‘Our goal is to drive the digitisation and automation of accounting and invoicing forward for businesses. In doing so, the subject of online payment is one of the more important areas. That is why we are excited to have such an experienced partner in Concardis who, with its innovative yet simple solution, seamlessly integrates the payment function into our system – with comprehensive service and at very good conditions,’ says Paul-Alexander Thies, managing director of Billomat.
‘To enable all Billomat customers to use Paylink without delay, Concardis has developed an easy to integrate interface technology through its PSP platform Payengine: registration for payment is carried out automatically and therefore significantly faster than before. Users don’t need any experience with payment solutions to make use of our offer – using Paylink is very intuitive and done directly using Billomat’s online platform,’ says Christoph Jung, Vice President eCommerce Competence Center of Concardis.
The accounting service already has 6,500 active paying users, primarily SMEs and sole traders – and the arrow is pointing upwards. In addition to the management of offers and invoices, Billomat can be used to send payment reminders and to prepare documents for the accounting department. Now all users of the accounting service will also be gradually granted access for payment.
Accepting online payments is becoming more and more important for many businesses: they receive payments much faster and minimise the risk of erroneous transactions. Automatic coupling of the payment process with the accounting software reduces the work needed to manage accounting tasks and saves time.
