Connectivity, Hersteller und Anbieter der ERP-Software ConAktiv bietet ab sofort neue Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten an, mit deren Hilfe Daten über die Verknüpfung mit einem Webportal per Knopfdruck importiert werden können. Erfolgreich kommt dieses Tool bereits bei Promotionagenturen zum Einsatz. Über ein Webportal erfassen Promotoren vor Ort Ihre Umsätze, Tagessätze und Spesen und erzeugen automatisch die Rechnungsdaten in ConAktiv, die dem Kunden weiterberechnet werden. Auf diese Weise können auch Termine der Promotoren abgerufen werden. Die komplette Personaldisposition, Terminverwaltung, Tourenplanung und Abrechnung der Promotoren wird so in ConAktiv abgebildet. Promotionaktionen werden optimiert. Der Verwaltungsaufwand reduziert sich deutlich. Kaufmännische komplexe Abläufe können schnell und problemlos abgewickelt werden. Eine signifikante Kosteneinsparung und eine höhere Kundenzufriedenheit ist die Folge. Das universell einsetzbare Tool eröffnet auch neue Potentiale für andere Zielgruppen der Connectivity GmbH.
