Agile Methoden haben sich in der Softwareentwicklung etabliert / Trotzdem gibt es IT-Unternehmen die sich noch nicht für einen Methodenwechsel entschieden haben

Die connexxa veranstaltet am 16. Mai 2014 einen Praktiker Erfahrungsaustausch speziell für Geschäftsführer, Vorstände und Entwicklungsleiter aus IT-Unternehmen und aus IT-Abteilungen.

Viele IT-Unternehmen setzen schon seit längerer Zeit agile Methoden ein. Dabei unterscheiden sich die Vorgehensweisen von Unternehmen zu Unternehmen sehr stark.

Andere IT-Unternehmen halten agile Methoden immer noch für "eine Sau die durch die IT-Welt getrieben wird" und nur Berater reich macht.
  • Was ist richtig an diesen Gerüchten?
  • Welche Gründe hatten IT-Unternehmen für die Einführung agiler Methoden?
  • Wie war deren Herangehensweise und wie lange dauerte die Einführung ?
  • Welche Widerstände gab es im Unternehmen und welche Maßnahmen halfen um alle mitzunehmen?
  • Welche technische Mittel wurden zur Unterstützung genutzt,mit welchem Erfolg?
  • Welche ungelöste Fragen bestehen noch?
  • ... und die wichtigste Frage wie steht es mit der betriebswirtschaftlichen Bewertung der Nutzung agiler Methoden?
Die connexxa konnte zwei erfahrene Entwicklungsleiter aus der IT-Branche gewinnen, um diese Fragen mit den Teilnehmer zu diskutieren.

Diese Veranstaltung wird von der connexxa Services Europe Ltd. veranstaltet - für die Veranstaltung wird ein Kostenbeitrag von 150.--€ zzgl. MwSt. in Rechnung gestellt.

Interessierte IT-Unternehmer sind herzlich zu unserem IT-Unternehmer-Frühstück eingeladen, dass vor der Veranstaltung von 7:30 Uhr bis 10 Uhr am Veranstaltungsort sattfindet.
