Atlas Copco: Neuer Kastenmaul-Zangenarm für höhere Recyclingquote im Abbruch

Atlas Copco stellt für seine Hydraulik-Abbruchzange CC 3300 die neue Kastenmaul - Armvariante vor / Damit will das Unternehmen die Recyclingquote im Abbruch erhöhen und den Recyclingprozess im Brecher vereinfachen

"Mit der Kastenmaul-Variante erzielen wir definierte Größen für abgebrochenes Material, die für die nachfolgende Brecheranlage ideal sind," erläutert Wolfgang Hohn, Product Line Manager Silent Demolition Tools, bei Atlas Copco. "Wir schneiden das Abbruchgut in einem Arbeitsgang an drei Seiten. So verhindern wir überlange Stücke Bewehrungseisen und erleichtern den Prozess der Materialtrennung maßgeblich."

Darüber hinaus fällt deutlich weniger Feinkornmaterial und Staub auf den Baustellen an. "Es kann mehr abgebrochenes Material qualitativ hochwertig recycelt werden und gleichzeitig schützen wir die Umwelt durch weniger Staubemission," so Hohn weiter.

Die Kastenmaul-Armvariante "B" (=box shape) ist für den Zangentyp CC 3300 konzipiert. Darüber hinaus sind die Armvarianten "U", (=universal) für Abbrucharbeiten in bewehrtem Beton, sowie "S", (=steel cutting) für das Schneiden von Stahlstrukturen, erhältlich.
