This solution can be utilized in any process where paper is no longer needed at the end of the operation (e.g. picking, shelf labeling, visitor badges etc.). The ePapers can be reused after each process and are easily mounted on surfaces and load carriers, allowing both hands to remain free for work.
The COT ePaper supports cross-manufacturer operations, enabling the simultaneous use of various ePapers and eInk displays. This ensures companies are not tied to a single manufacturer. Data transmission, depending on the manufacturer, is achieved through Optical Wireless Communication (OWC), radio frequency (2.4 GHz) or Bluetooth.
