Mit dem m@gic EDDY Archiv AddOn einfach, sicher und strukturiert archivieren

Die multifunktionale, datenbankgestützte EDI / XML Software m@gic EDDY®, der Standard für den elektronischen Datenaustausch, wurde um eine komfortable Komponente erweitert: Das m@gic EDDY Archiv AddOn.

Die Grundsätze zum Datenzugriff und zur Prüfbarkeit digitaler Unterlagen (GDPdU) verlangen von einem EDI-System, alle ein- und ausgehenden elektronischen Belege indexiert zu speichern.
Das m@gic EDDY Archiv AddON ermöglicht ein sicheres und strukturiertes Archivieren ohne viel Aufwand: Das m@gic EDDY® Archiv AddOn sammelt die steuerlich relevanten Daten innerhalb des Konvertierungs- und Kommunikationsablaufs. Diese Daten werden anschließend indexiert (verknüpft) an das Archiv übergeben. So werden z.B. zu einer Belegnummer alle weiteren Dateien gefunden und angezeigt.

Signierte Belegdateien werden vom m@gic EDDY® Archiv AddOn erkannt; das Secrypt®- Verifizierungswerkzeug wird automatisch gestartet und führt „on Demand“ den Verifizierungsprozess durch. Ist der Prozess erfolgreich, gilt dieser Beleg, entsprechend den Anforderungen des Signaturgesetzes, als Original.
