Hafenaufträge für PKWs in Belgien elektronisch anmelden

dbh Logistics IT AG schließt belgische RoRo-Terminals an Software zur Hafenauftragsabwicklung an

Über das Antwerp Port Community System (APCS) können seit Mitte des Jahres neben Containern auch RoRo-Güter elektronisch per Hafenauftrag für den Export über belgische Terminals angemeldet werden. Die dbh Logistics IT AG (dbh) hat dieses in der Anwendung ALPO (Advantage Local Port Order), der zentralen Plattform zur Abwicklung von Hafenaufträgen, nun ebenfalls umgesetzt und RoRo-Terminals in Zeebrügge und Antwerpen angeschlossen. Über die gewohnte Umgebung können die Exportaufträge für Belgien nun auch für Fahrzeuge erstellt werden.

Folgende RoRo-Terminals sind derzeit angeschlossen:

- Zeebrügge International Car Operators (ICO) Bastenaken Terminal
- Zeebrügge International Car Operators (ICO) Hanse Terminal
- Antwerpen International Car Operators (ICO) Vrasene Terminal
- Antwerpen Antwerp Euroterminal N.v. (AET)

Schnelle, papierlose Abfertigung

Die Anmeldung bedarf nur weniger Daten und ermöglicht eine schnellere und vor allem papierlose Abfertigung. Neben der Movement Reference Number (MRN) des Exports sind lediglich die Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), das Terminal und die Art der Anlieferung (z. B. Truck oder Bahn) zu benennen. Damit ist in der North-West-Range mit dem Antwerp Port Community System ein weiteres Hafensystem in der Lage, auch RoRo-Exportaufträge elektronisch abzuwickeln.
