Delta´s product portfolio covers a huge range of components and power supply solutions for a large variety of application areas, like telecommunication, office systems, networking products, industrial automation and renewable energy solutions – just to mention a few. At electronica 2012 four different business groups will provide visitors insight to their latest developments and innovations.
Delta presents in the business area of Mission Critical Infrastructure Solutions two new uninterruptible power supply (UPS) series – the Amplon M series, a single phase line-interactive UPS ideally suited for small and medium businesses, and Modulon DPH, a three phase modular UPS ideal for medium-sized data centers. Delta’s UPSs protect mission critical devices’ continuous operations. The Amplon M series has high output power factor 0.9 and AC-AC efficiency up to 97% which delivers significant operating cost savings for customers. Modulon DPH series supports ultimate availability for data center operations and provides the benefit of “pay as you go” without over-sizing the UPS. Built with engineering excellence, high reliability and outstanding total cost of ownership, the grand introduction of these two products demonstrates brand new UPS solutions that deliver excellent power performance and efficiency.
For telecommunications business Delta´s ORION controller is the solution for every system. Enhanced functions, such as efficiency mode and genset fuel saving, enable operating cost reductions. Battery management with capacity test and life time prediction and enhanced rectifier functions including redundancy supervision make it easy to monitor system availability and plan site visits in cost effective manner. Remote monitoring and alarming are obligatory. Delta’s EnergE rectifiers are a sustainable solution to power conversion. All EnergE products meet the highest energy-efficiency standards of up to 96% or more. Replacing old rectifiers with the latest EnergE technology will reduce site energy consumption by up to 7%. The older and less efficient the technology to be replaced is, the bigger the savings. The cost savings can amount to thousands of US dollars.
In the business area of standard power supplies, Delta will showcase highly efficient medical and industrial standard power supply solutions. The CliQ DIN rail power supplies offer the customers especially competitive and reliable solutions for industrial applications. With a power boost of 150 %, no power derating and protection against overvoltage, over-current and over-temperature the CliQ series is ideally suitable for a wide application scope.
For more than 25 years Delta has been developing innovative cooling products for thermal management solutions. Delta presents at electronica DC brushless fans, modules for thermo electronic cooling and heat exchangers. Especially designed for cabinet applications in harsh environments, the Thermo-Electro Cooling Unit from Delta is well-suited. The unit provides 100/200 W cooling capacity with better efficiency for outdoor applications. It is designed for 48 V DC power supply with low power consumption using thermoelectric technology to provide cooling and heating – in order to maintain good operating conditions.
Also in the area of electronic components, Delta has a wide range of inductive components to fulfil customer requirements in power and telecom applications, fiber optical transceivers for data centers and Ethernet applications, fuse-resistance protectors as well as EMI filters with low leakage current and cost-competitive design – Delta provides ideal components and solutions at a competitive price-performance ratio.
