System Components in Compact Design

When every millimetre counts

(PresseBox) (Hannover, )
Even during the design and development phase of machines, plant and equipment, the quality of the final product is already determined by choosing the optimal components. Compact, space-saving parts are called for, especially in places where every millimetre counts. Walter Stauffenberg supply a wide range of quality components specifically for this purpose. The SNKK level gauge for the visual-electrical monitoring of fluid levels, for instance, is always 40 mm shorter than the standard SNK level gauge and other conventional rival brands. SPBN plastic filler breathers project 15mm less above the tank rim than the standard type. LBBU clamps for fixing tubes, pipes, hoses and cables in place have been developed in a space-saving design that also reduces noise and vibrations. They are available as single and double types, each in two sizes, and cover a diameter range of between 4 and 32 mm, thus allowing for all standard metric and inch tube dimensions. The compact clamp is ideal for fastening hoses needed in two different diameters. The appropriate size can be selected by simply rotating the upper half of the clamp by 180°. This type of clamp is available in three versions for the most common hose diameters (17.4 + 19 mm, 20.6 + 22.2 mm, 23.7 + 25.4 mm). See for yourself at the EMO - the trade fair for metal-processing industries - taking place in Hanover from 19 - 24 September 2011. On Stand E68 in Hall 7, Stauff will also be exhibiting pipeline accessories, test and measuring equipment, valves and hydraulic components.
