Helvetia Packaging investierte in Saarlouis (D) ca. 70 Mio. Euro in den Bau einer modernen Produktionsstätte. Dort werden seit Mitte des Jahres Verpackungen für die Getränkeindustrie produziert.
Dieser ehrgeizige Zeitplan stellte auch höchste Anforderungen an DHC und conactive als Beratungspartner, denn ab Juni 2015 mussten dann auch schon die Kernprozesse für die Bereiche Beschaffung, Produktion und Logistik sowie für das Finanzwesen und Controlling im SAP System zur Verfügung stehen.
DHC und conactive konnten die Bereitstellung der notwendigen Prozesse und Funktionen in SAP ERP in zwei definierten Auslieferungswellen innerhalb von 3 bzw. 6 Monaten gewährleisten sowie die Mitarbeiter von Helvetia so qualifizieren, dass ein reibungsloser Betrieb möglich war.
In der nun anstehenden zweiten Phase des Projektes werden die Scanner-gestützte Ersatzteillogistik sowie die Instandhaltung für die Produktionsanlagen am Standort Saarlouis realisiert.
