Digital Devices veröffentlicht DVB>IP App für Android

Serverseitiges CI (Common Interface) und High Definition (HD) Inhalte als H.264 und H.265 Streamingformat

Digital Devices hat vor Kurzem unter "DVB>IP TV" eine kostenlose, erste Version der DVB>IP® App für Android veröffentlicht. Diese ist mit allen bestückten Empfangsarten der Octopus NET Server kompatibel.

Die App unterstützt das serverseitige CI (Common Interface) und spielt High Definition (HD) Inhalte als H.264 und H.265 Streamingformat ab.

Die Octopus NET Server (Modellabhängig) unterstützen alle gängigen Empfangsarten auch ISDB Fernsehstandards.

Der SAT-IP-Standard wurde von Digital Devices auf Kabel (DVB-C/C2), Terrestrisch (DVB-T/T2), und ISDB-S/C/T auf DVB>IP® erweitert um verschiedenste TV-Inhalte ins Heimnetz zu streamen. Durch die neue App ist Netzwerk basierendes Fernsehen auch ohne Internet, überall im heimischen WLAN Netzwerk für kompatible Abspielgeräte verfügbar.

Weiterhin unterstützt die App das streamen, speichern und live Fernsehen auf Android Geräten. Die App sucht automatisch nach im Heimnetz vorhandenen Octopus NET, erlaubt dann einen Suchlauf und erstellt eine Senderliste. Diese Senderliste kann beliebig verändert werden.
