Durch ein intelligentes Analyseverfahren wird ein bevorstehender Lagerausfall bereits im Vorfeld zuverlässig erkannt und angezeigt.
Ein Lagertausch kann somit vorausschauend geplant und unerwartete Stillstandszeiten vermieden werden. Die von den Motorherstellern vorgeschriebenen Lagerwechselintervalle können solange entfallen, bis das Diagnosesystem einen erforderlichen Lageraustausch anzeigt. Dies senkt die Instandhaltungskosten auf ein Minimum und garantiert maximale Anlagenverfügbarkeit.
Der Lagerzustand wird optisch über eine Ampelanzeige ausgegeben und kann über eine MODBUS-Schnittstelle von der vorhandenen Gebäudeleittechnik abgefragt und protokolliert werden. Dies erleichtert die Dokumentation wesentlich, insbesondere bei Anlagen bei denen der Gesetzgeber einen Nachweis über regelmäßige Funktionstests vorschreibt.
Alle Ventilatoren besitzen eine individuell einstellbare Adresse und können somit über das Bussystem seriell abgefragt werden. Projektbezogen sind auch webbasierte Lösungen zur benutzerfreundlichen Datenvisualisierung möglich.
