Ständig wiederkehrende Tätigkeiten effizienter erledigen: Mit ihrem neuen TINCA Enterprise der DMSFACTORY GmbH haben die Mitarbeiter/innen der Hansa Bavaria Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft e.G. aus Rodgau/Hessen seit kurzem alle Verträge und Schriftstücke sofort im Blick. Mehrere Zehntausend Mitgliederakten werden in dem DMS zentral archiviert und stehen auf Knopfdruck zur Verfügung – bei häufigen Recherchen eine große Zeitersparnis. Schneller Zugriff auf Dokumente und eine hohe Datensicherheit zeichnen die Lösung aus, die auch ohne zentralen Dokumenten-Server auskommt - ein entscheidender Kostenvorteil für Hansa Bavaria.
