Über 220 Teilnehmer bei der 5. DVS/GMM-Tagung

"EBL - Elektronische Baugruppen und Leiterplatten"

Am 24. und 25. Februar führten der DVS - Deutscher Verband für Schweißen und verwandte Verfahren e. V. und die GMM - VDE/VDI Gesellschaft Mikroelektronik, Mikro- und Feinwerktechnik gemeinsam die Veranstaltung "EBL - Elektronische Baugruppen und Leiterplatten" in Fellbach durch. Die diesjährige 5. Veranstaltung war wieder ein voller Erfolg: Sie brachte über 220 Experten auf dem Gebiet der Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik zusammen.

Zahlreiche Beiträge informierten über "zuverlässiges Systemdesign", "Substrate und Bauelemente", "Baugruppenfertigung und Verbindungstechnik", "ressourceneffiziente Fertigung", "Prozess- und Produktprüfung" sowie "Entwicklungstendenzen für zuverlässige Systeme". Neben der Konferenz, die für intensive Diskussionen sorgte, gab es eine Tabletop-Ausstellung mit 24 Fachanbietern.

Während der Abendveranstaltung verliehen DVS und GMM den "Best Paper Award". Er ging an Dr. Andreas Fix und seinen Co-Autor Patrick Zerrer von Robert Bosch für den Beitrag "Nanoflux - Flussmittel mit nanochemisch aktiven Metallverbindungen zur Stabilisierung von Weichloten durch Dispersion".

Der Tagungsband "Elektronische Baugruppen und Leiterplatten, EBL 2010, Zuverlässigkeit und Systemintegration" mit den Fachbeiträgen ist bei DVS Media erschienen.
