During the ups and downs of the semiconductor industry, as well as, the fast technical advancements, EBV has lived through many changes in the last four decades and has remained stable. The absolute customer-oriented mentality, practised at every level in the company from the assistants to the executives, differentiates EBV from its competition. Flat hierarchies and empowerment make up for the rest. Therefore, the company distinguishes itself through an uninterrupted economic success since its establishment.
The curiosity of all that is new and the creation of changing processes is a characteristic trait of EBV, which helps make it strong for the future. Companies, who want to be successful, have to react quickly, see developments and seize them. This is exactly what EBV has always done in the last 40 years in regards to serving its customers.
'Entirely new fields of business are opening up, such as the solar industry and other environmental technologies, traffic engineering and the electric car or medical technology, just to name a few. There are infinite new applications that require semiconductors,' emphasises Slobodan Puljarevic, President & CEO EBV Elektronik.
Also, EBV is more than ready to take on the future.
'Since the world has to cope with such challenges as climate change, longevity and urbanisation, the technology industry will continue to grow. EBV is outstandingly positioned to face these new trends and to give our customers the continuous support in our usual manner. In that spirit, I would like to give EBV my heartfelt congratulations on its 40th birthday. A big thank you goes to our customers, supplier partners, colleagues, and all other folks who have travelled with us along the way,' Puljarevic concludes.
