EBV Elektronik, an Avnet company (NASDAQ: AVT), is now supplying key products from Cypress Semiconductor's portfolio following the acquisition of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation by Infineon Technologies AG earlier this year. The Infineon range available from EBV now includes the Cypress family of Programmable System-on-Chip (PSoC) solutions, the TraveoTM MCU family based on Arm® Cortex®-R5, and connectivity components from the IoT Compute and Wireless business unit, as well as a range of high-performance Flash and RAM memory devices.
The acquisition, which positioned Infineon as one of the world’s top 10 semiconductor manufacturers, now gives EBV customers access to a comprehensive portfolio of proven hardware, software and security solutions for the connected age.
