The Echobot CRM-CONNECTOR grants users access to company profiles created by Echobot data directly alongside their CRM data sets. The intuitive synchronization feature facilitates the update and transfer of key B2B data. In seconds, information such as address, industry codes, contact data, job titles and salutations can be updated in the company’s CRM. Customers can decide individually which fields are replaced and which are retained which makes it much easier to avoid duplicates, update stale or incorrect data and enrich missing fields.
The Company Intelligence Echobot provides is particularly helpful for B2B sales applications: news and trigger events indicate the right time to approach target companies or provide input to source suitable conversation starters for relevance beyond an offering. Furthermore, customers can reference key financials and commercial register graphs at a glance – a major benefit to gain deeper insight into interrelationships and financial performance.
Echobot and its servers operate based in Germany and therefore provide truly GDPR-compliant data from European countries. Echobot CONNECT can already be used in the systems ASSIST-PRO CRM, SMARTCRM, CURSOR-CRM, PisaSales and SuperOffice CRM via Customized Integration; the CRM-CONNECTOR is already available as an app for Salesforce in the AppExchange. The system apps for HubSpot and Pipedrive are newly released; a new app for SuperOffice will follow soon.
