Grundstückbesitzer müssen bis zum 31.10.2022 ihre Grundsteuererklärungen abgeben. Jedes Bundesland stellt dafür inzwischen Ausfüllhilfen zur Verfügung. In unserer Grundsteuerkarte sind die Ausfüllhilfen für jedes Bundesland hinterlegt.

Die Finanzämter haben massenhaft Briefe verschickt. Doch Grundstücksbesitzer sind zum Teil völlig überfordert mit dem Ausfüllen der Grundsteuererklärungen.

Für alle, die ihre Grundsteuererklärung selbst in Elster machen, stellen die Bundesländer Ausfüllhilfen zur Grundsteuerfeststellungserklärung zur Verfügung. Klicken Sie hier –www.ecovis.com/grundsteuer – auf Ihr Bundesland und gelangen Sie direkt zur jeweiligen Ausfüllhilfe für Ihr Bundesland.
