egs Computer Vertrieb GmbH hat zum 01.01.2023 den Geschäftsbereich „Nuance Healthcare Distribution“ des Bochumer IT-Dienstleisters Think About IT übernommen: Mehrere Tausend Dragon Medical One- und Wartungsverträge sind Teil dieser Übernahme. Das Unternehmen aus Erkrath ist seit 1991 zertifizierter Fachpartner für KI-basierte Spracherkennungs-Software der Marke Nuance, dem Marktführer für Lösungen im Bereich Spracherkennung.

Im Gesundheitswesen ist egs kein Neuling: Dragon Medical One (Spracherkennungs-Software zur medizinischen Dokumentation) ist fester Bestandteil des Portfolios. Diese Erfahrung kommt den Fachhändlern und Partnern bei der Übernahme zugute, denn für sie ändert sich nichts in puncto Betreuungsqualität.
