Durch den Erwerb von Sormat mit Hauptsitz in Rusko, Finnland, verstärkt die EJOT Gruppe ihre Kompetenz im Bereich der Verankerungstechnologie

Sormat gehört zu den führenden Herstellern von Befestigungs- und Verankerungsprodukten in Nordeuropa und beschäftigt knapp 80 Mitarbeiter. „Wir sehen diesen Zukauf als Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs Building Fasteners und eröffnen uns damit neue Anwendungsfelder und Zielgruppen im Baugewerbe", so Christian Kocherscheidt, Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der EJOT-Gruppe.
