EJOT übernimmt Bereich Dach & Wand von Tocafix

Zum 01.04.2014 übernimmt die EJOT Schweiz AG das Segment Dach & Wand von der in Spreitenbach ansässigen Firma Tocafix AG. Mit diesem strategischen Schritt baut das Schweizer Tochterunternehmen der international aufgestellten EJOT-Gruppe den Geschäftsbereich Baubefestigungen weiter aus.

"Mit dem ergänzten Produktportfolio vervollständigen wir unsere Angebotspalette für Befestigungslösungen rund um die Gebäudehülle", erläutert Thorsten Michael Lauber, neuer Geschäftsführer der EJOT Schweiz AG. "Durch die Übernahme wollen wir uns ausserdem Zugang zu neuen Geschäftspartnern erschliessen".

Konkret bedeutet das für die Kunden, dass sie künftig von einem starken Team aus Entwicklungsingenieuren, Produktmanagern und Anwendungstechnikern mit über 30 Jahren Spezialwissen profitieren können.
