Der Beratungs- und Technologieanbieter artegic AG hat sich in einer internationalen Ausschreibung den Etat im Bereich E-Dialogmarketing Technologie der BMW Group gesichert.

Dies ist das Ergebnis einer mehrstufigen, internationalen Marktanalyse von E-Marketing Lösungen, in der das ELAINE FIVE Online CRM des Marketing Automation Spezialisten artegic AG überzeugen konnte.

artegic wird den Betrieb sowie die technische Konzeption und Integration für das E-Mail Marketing der Marken und Märkte der BMW Group begleiten, darunter BMW, BMW Motorrad und MINI. Die Aufgaben umfassen neben dem System-Betrieb und der internationalen E-Mail Zustellung insbesondere die konzeptionelle Erschließung der Online-Dialogmarketingprozesse, die Anbindung an die Daten- und Prozess-Infrastruktur sowie die Unterstützung der nationalen und internationalen operativen Teams.
