Elmos: Dr. Arne Schneider übernimmt Vorstandsvorsitz ab Januar 2021

Dr. Anton Mindl bleibt der Gesellschaft als Berater eng verbunden

Der Aufsichtsrat der Elmos Semiconductor AG (FSE: ELG) hat beschlossen, die Bestellung des Vorstandsvorsitzenden Dr. Anton Mindl bis Ende 2020 zu verlängern. Nach seiner dann 15jährigen erfolgreichen Tätigkeit als Vorstandsvorsitzender wird er dem Unternehmen als Berater auch zukünftig eng verbunden bleiben.   

Dr. Arne Schneider wird als sein Nachfolger mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2021 zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden berufen. Er ist bereits seit 8 Jahren für Elmos tätig, seit 2014 als Finanzvorstand. Er wird das Finanzressort weiterhin leiten. Zwischen 2002 und 2011 war er bei McKinsey & Company im Automobil und High-Tech Sektor aktiv.
