Elmos Semiconductor AG beschließt Aktienrückkaufprogramm für eigene Aktien über die Börse

Der Vorstand der Elmos Semiconductor AG (FSE: ELG), Dortmund, hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats die Durchführung eines Aktienrückkaufprogramms für eigene Aktien über die Börse beschlossen.

Der Kaufpreis für den Erwerb der eigenen Aktien auf Grundlage dieser Beschlüsse darf insgesamt 21.108.689 Euro (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) nicht übersteigen; dabei darf der Einzelpreis je Aktie 21,00 Euro (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) nicht übersteigen. Insgesamt sollen höchstens 1.005.176 Stück eigene Aktien (ISIN DE0005677108) (entspricht rund 5,0 Prozent des derzeitigen Grundkapitals der Elmos Semiconductor AG) zurück erworben werden. Die zu erwerbenden Aktien können zu allen in der Hauptversammlung vom 16. Mai 2018 beschlossenen Ermächtigung zum Erwerb und zur Verwendung eigener Aktien vorgesehenen Zwecke verwendet werden.

Der Rückkauf soll zeitnah beginnen und endet spätestens am 31. Dezember 2019. Das Rückkaufprogramm kann - unter Beachtung geltenden Rechts - jederzeit ausgesetzt und im oben genannten Zeitraum wieder aufgenommen sowie vorzeitig durch den Vorstand der Elmos Semiconductor AG beendet werden.
