Der 25. Mai.2018 steht vor der Tür und das bedeutet für alle Unternehmen Veränderungen, denn die neue Datenschutz-Grundverordnung tritt in Kraft.

Damit auch Sie der europäischen Datenschutz-Grundverordnung gerecht werden, müssen ein paar Maßnahmen berücksichtigt werden.

Ihre Daten benötigen einen zentralen Ort, um zusammengeführt zu werden, außerdem sind Sie dazu verpflichtet Prozesse zu benutzen, die es ermöglichen die Daten vollständig zu löschen bspw. in einem CRM System wie quisa ®

Wenn die Daten bisher also nicht auf einer CRM-Plattform zusammengeführt und gespeichert wurden, ist jetzt der richtige Zeitpunkt gekommen.

Sollten Sie bereits ein CRM System in Verwendung haben informieren Sie sich ob dieses auch der neuen DSVGO gerecht wird.

quisa® CRM - Ein Produkt im Fokus und das mit Leidenschaft

In der Vergangenheit bewies die enerpy GmbH ihre Expertise ebenfalls im Cross-Media-Publishing, welches mittlerweile aber verabschiedet wurde, sodass nun das browserbasierte quisa® CRM-System die volle Aufmerksamkeit des Unternehmens genießt. Der Geschäftsführer war damals für den europaweit größten Softwarehersteller tätig, wo auch der Wunsch immer mehr heranwuchs, eine eigene CRM-Lösung zu schaffen. Aus Visionen folgten schließlich Taten. Der Name "quisa" ist zum einen abgeleitet von dem Wort "Akquise", da sich die CRM-Software für diesen Tätigkeitsbereich bestens eignet, zum anderen auch von einem Fluss in Italien, welcher ebenfalls "Quisa" heißt. Hier schien die Kombination von Akquise und Fluss bzw. fließen (engl. flow) ein idealer Name für das heutige CRM-System, welches im März 2015 als Sieger mit dem Innovationspreis-IT und 2017 erneut mit dem BEST OF CRM Signet ausgezeichnet wurde.
