ITW bietet SMT-Miniatur-Taster in Halbleitertechnologie zur Massenbestückung an

Dieses einzigartige Konzept für die Bestückung von SMT-Leiterplatten erlaubt Kunden Ihre Baugruppen mit einem Hall-Effekt-Schalter oder Taster und, wenn gewünscht, einer LED auszustatten. Der Betätiger der ITW 39-8 Serie ist durch einfaches Einrasten montierbar. Dies kann manuell oder maschinell erfolgen und vereinfacht dadurch den Prozessablauf.

Die Halbleiter- (Hall-Effekt) Schaltung bedeutet, dass keine mechanischen Kontakte vorhanden sind. Die Taster sind sowohl nicht-rastend als auch rastend sowie optional mit oder ohne LED lieferbar. Eine große Reihe an verschiedenen Kappen ist ebenso lieferbar.

All dies bietet eine Minimierung der Aufwandskosten. Selbstverständlich ist die Serie RoHS konform.
