Norcomp Offers Machined Pin High Density D-Sub Conector Range in Europe

Norcomp, an EDAC USA company, is now offering their range of high density D-sub connectors in Europe. These are premium quality products which are inherently more robust and reliable than standard D-Sub products which use stamped and formed contacts.
The mating cycles is rated at twice that of conventional connectors and are rated at double the current at 5A. Available circuit sizes are 15, 26 44 and 62 way. They are particularly suited to applications where reliability (safety), durability, high performance and general high quality are required.
Custom contact tail versions are relatively easy to provide as no special tooling is needed.
A metal shield provides inherent EMI/RFI shielding and through hole and three styles of clinch nut mounting options are available. Of course, as they are based on industry standard sizes, normal backshells and covers can be used.
