Die Serie A20 (RJ45-Buchsen/Kupplungen) kombinieren Funktionalität von RJ45 Cat 5 Buchsen/Kupplungen mit Signalmöglichkeiten durch, ins Gehäuse eingelassene, LED's. Jede Buchse/Kupplung kann mit einer oder zwei LED´s geliefert werden. Die LED's sind in einfarbiger oder zweifarbiger Ausführung zu erhalten. Bei zweifarbigen LED's kann die Farbe durch einfaches umsteuern bzw. umschalten der Spannung gewechselt werden.

Jede LED kann mit 2,1V nominal und bis 20mA betrieben werden. Es können viele verschiedene LED-Versionen geliefert werden, ebenso wie unterschiedliche Kontaktbestückungen sowie kundenspezifischer Kontaktüberzug (z.B. Vergoldet) und spezielle abgeschirmte Versionen.
