The management team of DEG, led by Dr. Marcus Plach, Sahar Azghandi-Daoutis, and Dr. Jan Schlesner, will now include Oliver Kulpi.
In the future, Ergosign Switzerland AG will be led by Toni Steimle, who will serve as Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Markus Kühner and Oliver Kulpi will each take on a role as a member of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Marcus Plach will oversee the transition to the new management team and is expected to leave the Digital Experiences Group in the fourth quarter of this year.

Toni Steimle is a leading figure in the Swiss UX scene and has more than 25 years of experience in user experience strategy, creativity and digital markets. He has been working operationally for Ergosign Switzerland for 10 years and was most recently responsible for managing the Zurich and Basel offices.
With over 25 years of experience in digital business as a customer experience strategist, Oliver Kulpi will bring new insights to the Digital Experiences Group. Before joining DEG, he was most recently Senior Vice President Strategy and Growth at Valtech international.
Markus Kühner brings over 20 years of experience in user experience design. At Ergosign, he has supported numerous clients from various industries in complex projects and, as Head of the Saarbrücken site, significantly contributed to its success.
