CANgineII kompatibel mit neuen Smart Tachographen

Seit dem 15. Juni 2019 ist es Pflicht, dass jedes neu zugelassene, Nutz-fahrzeug über 3,5 Tonnen mit einem digitalen Tachographen der 2. Gene-ration ausgestattet ist, einem sogenannten Smart Tachographen.

Die ESS Embedded Systems Solutions GmbH ist stolz darauf mitteilen zu können, dass ihre Produkte zum Download der Tachodaten, CANgineII und CANgineII_BT, ohne Firmware-Update auch mit dem Smart Tacho-graphen weiterverwendet werden können.

Lediglich ein Update der Software Library für Android-Geräte ist notwen-dig. Dieser Vorgang ist mit minimalem Zeitaufwand und keinen Kosten verbunden. Das entsprechende Update ist ab sofort verfügbar.

Mit der aktuellen Software von ESS ist es auch beim Einsatz von Smart Tachographen problemlos möglich, weiterhin der Archivierungspflicht der Tachodaten nachzukommen.
