Again rewarded as Gold Competence Partner, ESTOS will be present at the largest Microsoft Partner Event in Washington D.C. from the 13th until 17th July, and showcase the Contact Kit for Lync, ESTOS’ latest tool for CRM-, ERP- and vertical market applications integration in Microsoft Lync
The „Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference“ (WPC) takes place every year and is the biggest business get together of Microsoft partners. More than 15.000 partners from over 150 countries will meet this July in Washington D.C.. From the 13th until the 17th July the WPC adresses decision-makers and owners of partner companies and has its focus on primary topics like social enterprise, cloud, mobility & devices and big data.
Besides speeches and activity programms the WPC is mainly about networking and successful partner models. There’ll be many events, especially for the German delegation so that they get the chance to make new contacts with other Microsoft partners.
The independent German software vendor ESTOS, recently reprofiled as „Gold Competence Partner Application Development“ is going to present the Contact Kit for Lync, which has been introduced at the UC All Summit in Berlin early in 2014. It offers a smart and useful supplement to Microsoft Lync, so that users can benefit from important contact information. The Contact Kit continues the success of the PhoneTools for Lync and will replace them in the mid term. It’s a modular solution for a plug’n’play “conversation window extension” which shows context related information from CRM-, ERP- or vertical market applications in the Lync client. Besides this, the user benefits from customizable action links e.g. for opening a contact card or triggering form popups in the leading application. By using a special version of the ESTOS MetaDirectory, a more sophisticated contact searching and finding becomes possible in the Lync client. The wellknown and feature-extended PhoneTools are included in the package. The Contact Kit for Lync can be used with a PBX and Remote Call Control via ESTOS CallControlGateway as well as with pure enterprise voice configurations.
