For the last ten years, the Dutch version of the ProCall Enterprise Unified Communications and computer telephony integration (CTI) solution from ESTOS has been marketed through a network of partnerships. To accommodate increasing market demand, the software vendor has recently decided to establish this new branch office in the area. With ProCall Enterprise, ESTOS addresses the small- and medium-sized business segment. This Unified Communications solution includes all of the classic CTI features as well as modern performance features like Presence Management, instant messaging and Federation for the improvement of collaboration even across existing corporate boundaries based on SIP / SIMPLE as well as XMPP standards - the new international versions of ProCall Enterprise with XMPP support will be available within the next weeks. Federation enables secure interconnection of ProCall with platforms from other publishers, like Microsoft Lync, Cisco Jabber and Google Talk. ESTOS will provide their entire portfolio of solutions, as well as the ECSTA (CSTA/TAPI) middleware series for the combination of the ProCall Enterprise Unified Communications solution with all popular telecommunications system (on premise or cloud) and the MetaDirectory for corporate-wide consolidation of contact information, in the market region.
As in all other areas, the ESTOS products will be marketed in Benelux through an indirect network of partners. Dutch resellers can order these products now from the SDC Group and Televersal distribution partners. Floyd Bloemberg is the new Sales Director for ESTOS Benelux BV. He will be responsible for the ESTOS group’s marketing activities in Benelux. Mr. Bloemberg possesses many years of professional experience in the ICT sector, in particular in the area of channel management and therefore brings pertinent industry knowledge with him to the job.
