In a recent survey carried out by the Bonn based market and opinion research institute EuPD Research, German installers rated the Nuremberger system supplier Frankensolar highly for their customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. Last year, Frankensolar was also awarded the "Top PV Supplier" seal, which is only received by suppliers who have been rated particularly highly in recent installer surveys in comparison to the competition.
The seal was developed in 2010 by EuPD Research as a form of independently evaluating solar wholesalers and thus ensuring more transparency in the supplier market. The branch seal is awarded after the completion of a complex market analysis based on qualified statements from installers and primary data from installer surveys. The seal Top PV Supplier provides an independent orientation aid for installers and end customers. Frankensolar have now been awarded the premium seal twice in a row as a top supplier.
Only a few leading photovoltaic wholesalers who have undergone a rigorous quality check are allowed to carry this seal. Therefore, Frankensolar now once again belongs to a small group of elite brands worldwide.
