Eine neue App macht Arbeiten mit Six Sigma leichter

Der Europäische Six Sigma Club (ESSC-D) hat eine App als praktisches Nachschlagewerk für die Six Sigma Methodik entwickelt. Sie ist ab sofort für Android- sowie IOS-Systeme verfügbar und kann auf den entsprechenden Mobilgeräten installiert werden. Nutzer finden auf über fünfhundert Seiten Informationen rund um Six Sigma. Dabei werden spezielle statistische Begriffe, Werkzeuge und grafische Analysewerkzeuge erklärt. Zudem wird beschrieben, wie man sie in Microsoft Excel oder der Statistiksoftware Minitab erzeugt. Ein Projektcoach innerhalb der App erläutert das richtige Vorgehen bei Six Sigma Projekten und unterstützt bei Fragen zur richtigen Projektdefinition, zur Projektdurchführung sowie zum Projektabschluss. „Wir haben ein Basis- Kompendium für die Six Sigma Methode in Deutschland geschaffen ohne bestimmte Produkte anzubieten, schon das unterscheidet uns von anderen Apps“, sagt Herbert Theato, Vorstandsmitglied des ESSC-D. Die App ist in der Handhabung einfach, auch ungeübte Nutzer kommen mit wenigen Klicks an Informationen. „Die App ist viel schneller und umfangreicher als alle anderen derzeitigen Apps zu diesem Thema“, meint Christian Nassler, Launch Manager bei Continental. Er hat die App bereits ausprobiert.

Der European Six Sigma Club Deutschland e.V. (ESSC-D) ist ein Expertennetzwerk engagierter Fachleute der Six Sigma Methodik aus vielen Industriezweigen und allen Unternehmensbereichen. Der Verein wurde im Juli 2007 gegründet und hat derzeit rund 700 Mitglieder, darunter etwa 45 national und international agierende Unternehmen. Der ESSC-D fördert die nationale sowie internationale Zusammenarbeit und verbreitet seine Erkenntnisse in jährlichen Fachkonferenzen. Die ESSC-D Mitglieder entwickeln Standards der Six Sigma Methodik, die der Ausbildung zum Six Sigma Experten in Europa dienen. Sie erarbeiten praxisgerechte Inhalte für die Ausbildung von Master Black Belts, Black Belts sowie Green Belts und definieren Kriterien für deren Zertifizierung.
