Der Europäische Solarpreis wird von EUROSOLAR seit 1994 jährlich an Kommunen, Unternehmen, Einzelpersonen sowie an Organisationen vergeben, die sich um die Nutzung und Anwendung der Erneuerbaren Energien in allen verfügbaren Formen verdient gemacht haben. Ausgezeichnet werden herausragende innovative Projekte und Initiativen von Anwendungen Erneuerbarer Energien.
