Sealant Inspector - Klebe- und Dichtraupen-Inspektion mit EyeVision 3D

Der Sealant Inspector der EyeVision bietet eine fortschrittliche Lösung für die präzise Inspektion von Klebe- und Dichtraupen, hinsichtlich Höhe, Breite und Querschnitt, in der industriellen Fertigung.

Durch die Festlegung von Toleranzen für alle Parameter gewährleistet der Inspector eine zuverlässige Fehlererkennung und Alarmierung bei Abweichungen.

Die Auswertung erfolgt direkt in der EyeVision Software auf der Punktewolke, wobei der Sealant Inspector kleinste Abweichungen erkennt und die Mittellinienlänge präzise bewertet.

Sowohl konvexe als auch konkave Dichtungen werden automatisch aus der Punktewolke extrahiert.

Der Sensor prüft geschlossene und offene Dicht- oder Kleberaupen und signalisiert bei einer Fehlererkennung diese automatisch.

Der Sealant Inspector sorgt dafür dass nur 100% gute Klebe und Dichtraupen verwendet werden was bei kurzen Zykluszeiten zu Kosteneinsparungen führt.

Alle Prüfergenbisse stehen in einer Datenbank zur Verfügung. Damit lassen sich sämtliche Produktionsschritte komplett dokumentieren.

Der Sealant Inspector sorgt für eine berührungslose und zerstörungsfreie Prüfung von Klebe- und Dichtraupen.
