With new offices located right on Potsdamer Platz, exceet has opened premises situated in the immediate vicinity of key contact partners in business, politics and health-focused associations. These close relations with e-health decision-makers offer exceet an even better opportunity to take current developments into account in its customer projects, particularly in matters related to the electronic health card (eGK).
Over the past years, exceet was strongly involved in the conceptualization and implementation of the new telematics infrastructure (TI) required for the eGK and realized major components of the TI as it stands today. exceet will rely on its new location in central Berlin to help drive these and further IT security projects in the fields of e-health and industry.
A major priority in this context will be supporting application development for the eGK. For exceet, the aim is not just to assist in implementing the already specified value-adding services for the eGK. Chief objectives are enabling and expanding the use of the telematics infrastructure via new, innovative solutions and value-adding services, and developing on-the-ground benefits for patients. Security aspects will be a core component of these solutions right from the start. The exceet team will focus on contributing its extensive practical experience in the field and intensifying dialogue with political decision-makers and associations in Berlin.
exceet is one of the few providers on the market to cover virtually the entire spectrum of IT security. exceet acts as a single source for all security aspects, from the full range of governance, risk & compliance (GRC) topics, .e.g. data protection and data security, to public key infrastructures (PKIs) and development (including application development on hardware security modules).
Associated with and in addition to health-related matters, the new team in Berlin also plans to further expand exceet's M2M/IoT activities. exceet specializes in a holistic approach to M2M/IoT projects, i.e. first identifying precise company-specific benefits, developing new, innovative business models on this basis, and then supporting the client throughout the entire implementation process - if and when desired, as general contractor.
"The new offices in Germany's capital let us react even more rapidly to developments as they unfold. It helps us drive innovation and competitive benefits for businesses and organizations", says Ulrich Reutner, Chief Executive Officer der exceet Group AG. "And with such a central location in northern Germany, we also offer our staff a highly attractive job posting."
