FileMaker 7 ist auch im laufenden Jahr für einige große Auszeichnungen im Rennen. Vor Kurzem wurde das Programm als Kandidat in der Kategorie "Best Database" für den Codie Award 2005 der SIIA nominiert. Bereits 2004 erhielt FileMaker Pro 6 den Codie als "Best Numeric/Database Software".
