Start frei für „WivU-Transfer“

Mit dem Start des Forschungsprojekts "WivU-Transfer" zur Einführung von prozessorientiertem Wissensmanagement am Forschungsinstitut für Rationalisierung (FIR) an der RWTH Aachen kann das Wissenspotenzial kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen (KMU) ausgeschöpft werden. Ziel des Transferprojekts ist, KMU für prozessorientierte Wissensmanagementansätze zu sensibilisieren. Außerdem sollen die Ergebnisse des Vorgängerprojekts WivU ("Wissensmanagement in virtuellen Unternehmen zur Effizienzsteigerung des Service") möglichst vielen KMU zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wesentliche Ergebnisse von WivU sind zwei Standards für die Einführung von Wissensmanagement und das IT-System ProWim zur praktischen Anwendung des prozessorientierten Wissensmanagements. Gefördert wird das Transferprojekt "WivU-Transfer" vom Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie.

Über den gesamten Projektzeitraum laufen Betriebsprojekte mit Anwenderunternehmen, bei denen prozessorientiertes Wissensmanagement und ProWim eingeführt, umfangreich genutzt sowie evaluiert werden. Zudem werden unternehmensspezifische Prozesse dokumentiert und eine Wissensstruktur erstellt. Die Erfahrungen fließen unter anderem in die Weiterentwicklung von ProWim sowie der Methoden und Vorgehensweisen ein. Kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen haben derzeit noch die Möglichkeit zur geförderten Teilnahme am WivU-Transfer im Rahmen eines Betriebsprojekts.

Interessierte Unternehmensvertreter können an der öffentlichen Auftaktveranstaltung von "WivU-Transfer" am 31. März im FIR teilnehmen.
